Welcome to AcritecDirect.com. By utilizing our digital catalog or initiating an inventory hold, you agree to the following commercial operating terms.

1. Catalog Accuracy & Authorized Distribution

AcritecDirect.com is an authorized online fulfillment catalog partner. While we work directly with factory databases to provide real-time updates to product descriptions, schematic measurements, and inventory indicators, structural changes may occur. It is the buyer’s ultimate responsibility to confirm plumbing code compliance and site rough-in dimensions prior to finalizing orders.

2. Electronic Communication Mandate

To maintain clean, un-compromised written records of technical layouts, custom freight invoices, and specific order amendments, we operate exclusively via email. We do not provide telephone support. All contract adjustments, logistics approvals, and support tickets must be routed through info@acritecdirect.com.

3. Payment Hold and Final Capture Mechanics

Submitting an order through our online checkout constitutes an offer to purchase and places a temporary authorization hold on your credit card. A contract is only legally formed once our team manually appends a verified freight quote, receives your explicit approval, and processes final payment capture. We reserve the right to decline any order configuration if transit lanes are unavailable or factory production runs are altered.
