The Acritec Freedom Walk-In Bathtub features an outward-swinging door with a wide 31" opening for easy, unobstructed entry. An extension panel allows the tub to fit standard 60" alcoves. Access panel is ready for optional pump or blower upgrades. Available in left-hand and right-hand drain configurations.

Warranty & Returns

• Residential: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects from date of purchase
• Commercial: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects from date of purchase
• Applies to original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized Acritec dealer
• Acritec will repair, replace, or refund at their discretion up to the original purchase price — does not include transport, removal, or reinstallation costs
• Not covered: shipping or handling damage, misuse, improper installation, alterations, freezing, chemical corrosion, improper water chemistry, normal wear and tear, colour fading
• Inspect on delivery — all freight damage must be reported to the carrier immediately; installing a damaged product voids the warranty
• Manufacturer's defects must be reported to Acritec before installation
• To submit a claim: email RGA@acritec.com with proof of purchase, model number, description of defect, and photos
