The Acritec Integrity is a premium walk-in bathtub featuring an electric hydraulic lift seat for maximum accessibility. The motorized seat raises and lowers the bather smoothly with a two-button control, with a built-in backup battery for emergency use. Rated to 440 lbs (200 kg). Available in left-hand and right-hand drain configurations.

• Drain rough-in height: 4⅝" from finished floor — verify existing drain rough-in height before ordering
• Low-profile 24" height — verify clearance for hydraulic components and drain rough-in below tub
• Confirm bathroom doorway width can accommodate 29⅞" tub on delivery

Installation Requirements

• Drain: Drain included — drain rough-in height must be 4⅝" from finished floor
• Electrical: Dedicated electrical circuit required for hydraulic lift seat motor — must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes
• Backup battery built-in — allows seat operation during power interruption
• Adjustable leveling feet — tub must rest level on all feet for proper drainage and door seal
• Acrylic surface — avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain finish

Warranty & Returns

• Residential: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects from date of purchase
• Commercial: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects from date of purchase
• Applies to original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized Acritec dealer
• Acritec will repair, replace, or refund at their discretion up to the original purchase price — does not include transport, removal, or reinstallation costs
• Not covered: shipping or handling damage, misuse, improper installation, alterations, freezing, chemical corrosion, improper water chemistry, normal wear and tear, colour fading
• Inspect on delivery — all freight damage must be reported to the carrier immediately; installing a damaged product voids the warranty
• Manufacturer's defects must be reported to Acritec before installation
• To submit a claim: email RGA@acritec.com with proof of purchase, model number, description of defect, and photos
• Returns: These are large freight items shipped to order — no returns for change of mind or incompatibility with existing space. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about fit.
