Acritec Kraken Cast Iron Freestanding Bathtub – 66 × 28 – Oval Double Ended

The Acritec Kraken is a cast iron freestanding bathtub with an oval interior and gently sloping backrests at both ends. The interior features a white porcelain enamel fired finish, and the exterior is hand-finished white paint. At 463 lbs, structural floor support and professional installation are required. Installation Requirements

• Drain rough-in to floor centerline required before installation
• Acritec Roughin EZ floor drain kit (01086) recommended for new in-floor installations
• Waste and overflow must be connected by a licensed plumber
• All feet must rest level on the floor for proper drainage
• No electrical required
• Avoid abrasive cleaners on the porcelain enamel interior

Warranty & Returns

• Residential: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects from date of purchase
• Applies to original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized Acritec dealer
• Acritec will repair, replace, or refund at their discretion up to the original purchase price; does not include transport, removal, or reinstallation costs
• Not covered: shipping or handling damage, misuse, improper installation, alterations, freezing, chemical corrosion, improper water chemistry, normal wear and tear, colour fading
• Inspect on delivery; all freight damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. Installing a damaged product voids the warranty.
• Manufacturer's defects must be reported to Acritec before installation
• To submit a claim: email RGA@acritec.com with proof of purchase, model number, description of defect, and photos
• Returns: These are large freight items shipped to order. No returns for change of mind or incompatibility with existing space. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about fit.
