The Acritec Tranquility Walk-In Bathtub offers a deep soaking well, contoured built-in seat, and a wide 19¼" door opening in a standard 60" × 30" footprint. Acrylic construction with fiberglass reinforcement. Available in left-hand and right-hand drain configurations.

Installation Requirements

• Drain: Drain included — confirm existing drain line accommodates new drain position
• Adjustable leveling feet — tub must rest level on all feet for proper drainage and door seal
• Acrylic surface — avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain finish
• No electrical required

Warranty & Returns

• Residential: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects from date of purchase
• Commercial: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects from date of purchase
• Applies to original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized Acritec dealer
• Acritec will repair, replace, or refund at their discretion up to the original purchase price — does not include transport, removal, or reinstallation costs
• Not covered: shipping or handling damage, misuse, improper installation, alterations, freezing, chemical corrosion, improper water chemistry, normal wear and tear, colour fading
• Inspect on delivery — all freight damage must be reported to the carrier immediately; installing a damaged product voids the warranty
• Manufacturer's defects must be reported to Acritec before installation
• To submit a claim: email RGA@acritec.com with proof of purchase, model number, description of defect, and photos
• Returns: These are large freight items shipped to order — no returns for change of mind or incompatibility with existing space. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about fit.
